Sensitive: My Journey through a Toxic World tells the story of my own struggles with chemical intolerance. In this memoir I develop the idea that untested, unregulated chemicals in our everyday lives are causing us specifically neurological symptoms, like bad sleep, fatigue, and malaise, as well as cognitive and behavioral disorders.
Is this story relevant to you? Do you or does a loved one have unexplained neurological, behavioral, or cognitive issues, or are you unsatisfied by the explanations provided by your medical professionals? If so, consider that your body could be affected by exposure to a chemical or many chemicals in your everyday life. These exposures could be affecting your nervous system in ways that current medical science has not advanced enough to properly explain.
Very often people accept chronic bad sleep or fatigue as just bad luck. Based on my own experience, I’ve become convinced that many everyday chemicals are neuro-disruptors and that exposures to these chemicals are undermining people’s sleep and overall energy levels by damaging the overall health of their nervous systems.
